Reservation Agreement and Preliminary Sales Contract

You are obliged to pay the reservation deposit of CZK 200,000.00 within three working days from signing the Reservation Agreement or the Preliminary Sales Contract and then to make an outstanding advance payment to the amount of 10 % of the purchase price within one month. This will be followed by an advance payment amounting to other 10 % of the purchase price which has to be made within 3 months and another advance payment up to the total amount of 30 % of the purchase price which shall be paid within 6 months.

After signing the sales contract, you will make the payment of remaining 70 % of the purchase price using the mortgage credit or your own funds.
